UN's International Criminal Court charter states if Prosecutor has bias preventing a case from reaching trial or if Judge has bias relating to a case, such individuals must step aside. The UN LGBTI Core Group, UNHCR & Independent Special SOGI Expert should remember this when working on 2030's Sustainable Dvlpmt Goals.
